STW-2-30K-MG-S4 2 HEAD MARGARINE FILLER

2 Head Margarine Filler adopt 2 filling heads and using pneumatic control system to achieve high accuracy filling with approval for trade use for containers, tins, pails carton or drums in the range of 10 to 3000 litres. Filling specification can be easily change by altering parameter on touch screen control panel. PLC has the function to memorize the related parameters of each different packing model, so operator can save the time by choosing the model that want to fill it, no need to key in the parameters again.

Filling Temperature    : Not more than 40°C.

Filling Output        : Approximately 2400 bottles per hour based on 1 liter

Product Header Tank    : 304 Stainless Steel product holding tank fitted with pneumatic control
  ball valve automatically controlled both HI and LO level to maintain
  liquid level inside the tank.

Air Supply        : 6-7 kgcm² at 20m³/min.

Power Supply        : 415VAC ±10%, 50/60Hz, three phase.
             OR 240VAC ±10%, 50Hz Single phase
