Standard Drum Filler is designed to fill liquid products into 200 Liters Plastic or Steel Drums, Filling Control by weight, high output and accuracy filling. This filling machine designed focus on simplicity on set up. User friendly and simplify design without special training required for your operator. Easy to disassemble, clean and maintain.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Filling Temperature    : Not more than 40°C.

Filling Output        : Approximately 2400 bottles per hour based on 1 liter

Product Header Tank    : 304 Stainless Steel product holding tank fitted with pneumatic control
  ball valve automatically controlled both HI and LO level to maintain
  liquid level inside the tank.

Air Supply        : 6-7 kgcm² at 20m³/min.

Power Supply        : 415VAC ±10%, 50/60Hz, three phase.
             OR 240VAC ±10%, 50Hz Single phase
